Meet the founder

Dr. Grace Wathen, DACM, L.Ac., MSTCM

Wildflower Remedy was founded by Dr. Grace Wathen, a practitioner trained in acupuncture and herbal medicine with a background in integrative clinical care.

After years of working within medical settings, she saw a consistent need for simple, effective ways to support the body outside of treatment rooms—something that could be practiced daily, without complexity.

Wildflower Remedy was created as that bridge.

Each formulation reflects both clinical understanding and a belief in the power of small, consistent rituals to create meaningful change over time.

Dr. Grace loves wildflowers - and wild horses! In her free time, she rescues mustangs. A portion of the proceeds from Wildflower Remedy go to a mustang sanctuary in Utah.
